The brief
One place for the website, customers, quotes, and invoices
Sparkles Cleaning Services offers domestic and commercial cleaning across Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, and Swansea. The team quotes and invoices its customers as well as winning new work through the website.
It wanted the website and those records moved to a new platform, with every live record carried across.
The problem
Landing pages that showed an error
The website, customer records, quotes, and invoices ran on an app-building platform. All 21 landing pages on the old site showed a page-not-found error to visitors, and every address gave search engines the homepage title and description.
The site also showed two different phone numbers, and both were placeholders.
What we built
A 34-page website with its records in the same admin
We moved all 34 pages to Next.js and the Payload editor on Cloudflare, kept the design as it was, and made every word editable in the admin.
The customer records, price list, quotes, and invoices were rebuilt in the same admin, using the old site's pricing formula so the totals match.
Service and town pages
A page for each service and each town, with the 21 landing pages working again.

Enquiries into quotes
The team opens an enquiry and creates a quote from it, using the saved customer details and the price list.

Quotes into invoices
An accepted quote converts into a numbered invoice, and the admin works out the totals.

Customer records
Each customer record lists its quotes and invoices.

Print and PDF copies
Quotes and invoices have printable pages that save as PDFs.
Staff and admin roles
Staff logins can add customers and print quotes and invoices. Converting quotes and marking invoices paid is kept to admin logins.
Screens
The website on desktop, tablet, and phone
The homepage on a desktop, a service page on a tablet, and the contact form on a phone. On the smaller screens the menu folds behind one button and the offer banner wraps to fit.

The outcome
Every page loads and every record moved across
All 34 pages now load. We moved the enquiries, customers, services, quotes, and invoices across and checked each record field by field against the old copy, with no differences.
The phone numbers are hidden until a real number is added in the admin, when they appear again across the site.
